SAFEX Notice: Strict Prohibition on Cross-Channel User Acquisition and Malicious Account Rebinding

Dear SAFEX Partners,
We have recently identified serious violations involving certain promotion teams or individuals, including:
- Actively acquiring users from groups or communities already under other partners’ channels 
- Knowingly encouraging users who already have SAFEX accounts to delete or re-register in order to change their account affiliation 
These actions severely disrupt our partner ecosystem and violate the rights of existing partners. To maintain a fair and transparent environment, SAFEX will enforce the following penalties effective immediately:
Violations & Penalties
1. Cross-Channel User Acquisition
Definition: Intentionally promoting or acquiring users from groups, communities, or channels already affiliated with another SAFEX partner.
- First Violation: Cancellation of all rebates for the week of violation 
- Second Violation: Permanent termination of partnership and removal of backend access 
2. Malicious Account Rebinding
Definition: Knowingly inducing users to delete their existing SAFEX accounts or create new ones to switch referrer affiliation.
- First Violation: Cancellation of all rebates for the week of violation 
- Second Violation: Permanent termination of partnership and removal of backend access 
Important Notes
- All violations will be determined based on SAFEX system data and internal records. 
- No bounty or reward mechanism is provided for reporting violations. 
- This announcement is effective immediately and will be enforced as a supplement to the current partner policy. 
We urge all partners to strictly adhere to SAFEX policies, respect existing account affiliations, and work with us to foster a sustainable, fair, and professional ecosystem.
