How to Deposit (WEB)

If you already own cryptocurrency assets, you can utilize the withdrawal feature of other trading platforms or wallets to transfer your digital currency into your SAFEX account.

Cryptocurrencies are deposited using an "address." Simply copy the currency address from your SAFEX platform and paste it into the withdrawal platform to deposit your digital assets into your SAFEX funds account.

1. Open the SAFEX official website and click on Deposit.

2. In the Network input field, select the network you need for the deposit.

3. Common Deposit Address Types:

   • If you choose to deposit USDT, under "Network," you will see that the USDT deposit function supports three types of chains: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and Arbitrum.

   • Suppose you choose “TRC20” mainnet as your deposit network, the QR code and string correspond to your TRC20 address under your SAFEX account.

   • You can use the QR code displayed on the page or manually copy the address and paste it into the withdrawal platform.

Important Notes:

• USDT Deposits: Only supports TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and Arbitrum deposits.

• Funds are by default deposited into your funds account; you can transfer funds to other accounts through "Transfer."

• If you enter the wrong deposit address or choose a blockchain address that does not support the currency for deposit, you will not be able to recover your digital assets. Always verify your deposit information and proceed with caution.

• If your deposit has not arrived after you've made it, it may be because your transaction has not yet completed the network confirmation of the blockchain transaction. Please be patient.

• Deposit arrival time and fees depend on the blockchain address you choose. You can select the appropriate blockchain address on the withdrawal platform, enter your deposit amount, and view the deposit fee.

After a successful deposit, you can view your deposit history on the Orders -- Wallet History page.
