Cryptocurrency transfers occur in three stages: system review → block confirmation → receiving platform credit. SAFEX will generate a transaction hash (TXID) within 10 to 15 minutes. When you see the transaction hash in your withdrawal record, it means that SAFEX has completed the transfer and sent the funds to the blockchain.
Depending on the characteristics of different blockchains, each transaction requires a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the receiving platform. The required number of confirmations for each blockchain may vary, and different platforms may have different confirmation requirements. Blockchain congestion can sometimes occur due to a high volume of transactions, which can affect the timeliness of the transfer. You can use the transaction ID (TxID) to check the transfer status on the blockchain.

If the blockchain shows "Unconfirmed," please be patient until the confirmation process is completed.
If the blockchain shows "Confirmed" but you still haven't received the funds, and SAFEX has already completed the transfer and can no longer provide assistance, please contact the receiving platform’s customer service for further assistance.
