How Do I Close My Account?

You can delete your SAFEX account through the SAFEX website or app. Please note that once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. After deletion, the account will be inaccessible, and transaction history or data will no longer be viewable.

How to Delete My SAFEX Account in the App?

  1. Log in to the app and go to [Profile].

  2. Select [Settings], then scroll down to [Delete Account].

  3. Click [Confirm].
