Cryptocurrency transfers occur in three stages: system review → block confirmation → receiving platform credit.
SAFEX will generate a transaction hash (TXID) within 10 to 15 minutes. When you see the transaction hash in your withdrawal record, it means that SAFEX has completed the transfer and sent the funds to the blockchain.
Depending on the characteristics of different blockchains, each transaction requires a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the recipient's platform. The number of confirmations required for each blockchain varies, and different platforms may require different confirmation numbers. Blockchain congestion can sometimes occur due to a high volume of transactions, which may affect the transfer's timeliness. You can use the transaction ID (HASH) to check the status of your transfer in the blockchain.
Please note:
If the blockchain shows "Unconfirmed," please be patient until the confirmation process is complete.
If the blockchain shows "Confirmed" but you still haven't received the funds, and SAFEX has already completed the transfer and cannot provide further assistance, please contact the receiving platform’s customer service for further handling.
How to Check Withdrawal Details and Progress?
Log in to the blockchain explorer of the respective network, enter the HASH to view the detailed progress of the withdrawal.

For example, on the BSC chain, you can input the HASH or withdrawal address in the BSC explorer to view the transaction details, including withdrawal information and progress.
