Announcement on the Valid Period for Referral Relationship Binding

Dear SAFEX Users and Partners,

We have recently identified that some users did not enter the referral code correctly during registration, or their referrers failed to inform the platform in time. This has led to incomplete referral relationships, affecting service arrangements and rebate qualifications.

To standardize operations and ensure fairness, SAFEX will enforce the following policy regarding referral code submission and relationship binding:

Effective from the date of this announcement, referral binding or code supplementation will only be accepted within 72 hours after the user’s first trade. Requests beyond this time frame will not be processed.

We kindly ask all partners to guide new users to enter their referral codes correctly during registration and ensure timely confirmation after the user’s initial transaction.SAFEX is committed to maintaining a fair and professional trading environment.
